Revitalise yourself with an uplifting sound healing experience:
Expect to comfortably unwind on your mat as you lie down fully supported to connect to your breath. You’ll experience some gentle breath work before being led into a sound and meditation journey, taking in a unique soundscape created by Janneke and Sherif. Expect to hear the enchanting vibrations of instruments including handpans, gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tongue drums and ethereal vocals. This sound and meditation journey goes beyond quieting the mind and takes you deeply within. Allow this 90 minutes to lead you back to your most peaceful, higher self.
Expect a welcoming environment where you can unwind and reconnect. No prior experience needed—just bring your curiosity and an open heart.
About Janneke & Sherif:
This workshop will be facilitated by musicians and sound healing duo, Janneke and Sherif. After years of experience holding space and creating sound journeys across yoga studios in Melbourne and beyond, they are well-known for their ability to create deeply transformative environments. Together and separately, they’ve cultivated a unique blend of expertise in sound healing, music, and mindful practices. Their passion and knowledge will guide you on a profound journey, allowing you to connect with the healing power of sound.
What to bring:
Mat and yoga bolsters will be provided. Please feel free to bring anything else that may help you feel most comfortable such as pillows, blankets or eye masks.
Please note that the studio is located up a flight of stairs.
