“Returning to Self” SOUND BATH with Sherif

“Sound Bath invites us to return home to ourselves to reawaken our feelings of aliveness that may have been waiting dormantly within.”

As our daily lives in this modern age are full of digital visuals and sounds, this sensory overloadas and overstimulates our brain which will then translate as stress in our body. This can lead to feelings of overwhelm leading which can then lead to frustration or depression.  Energetically, we become depleted which can cause more issues in our health and wellbeing.

Immersing ourselves in live sounds can rebalance the vibrations and frequency in our mind and body, therefore deepening our awareness and a sense of self, while topping up the life force that is within us since childbirth. This life force is our inner fire, which is perfect for us to reignite, preparing for the summer season.

Over the course of 90 minutes, you will be guided by Sherif, a professional musician, an expert in handpan and various instrumentation, through a sound journey of with gongs, didgeridoos, chimes, handpan and many more.

We invite you to explore new ways of listening and responding, as the ear hears, the brain listens and the body senses vibrations. You will definitely walk away wanting more and feeling deeply relaxed, leading you into deeper rest while resetting your mind and body for the warmer season.

Sherif is a professional musician who performs in shows and events internationally, ranging from large to small audiences, sharing his love of music. He guides individuals to experience their own deep sense of consciousness through incorporating a harmonic spiritual approach, using meditative instruments such as Handpan, Gongs, Didgeridoos and many more. Sherif’s sound bath session are both healing and grounding; where you’ll walk away feeling deeply nourished and rested.
